malfunctioning elevator unmanned front desk
i was quite disappointed. the elevators didn't function correctly. we had to carry luggage up three floors. the front desk was unmanned for ten minutes at check-in, that was annoying. the door was narrow and staff didn't offer assistance with my suitcase. it was frustrating.

central location guest service floor-to-ceiling windows concierge assistance
The location was perfect and central. nicolas at the bar was great. His guest service sets a fine example. our room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river, and they opened. thomas, the concierge, assisted me with restaurant recommendations (i found it really helpful).
the elevator was small and shared with staff, so it was a bit slow at times (not a major issue though).

the restaurant offers very good breakfast and dinner. there is a wide selection of meals (especially at dinner). the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.
